Will the OOOptic magnetic lenses: 3M double-sided tape strong enough to stick to all types of eyewear?

Yes, we have experimented with various types of adhesive, and the 3M double-sided tape proved to be the most feasible for our OOOptic lenses.

We have conducted prior testing a thousand times to ensure that the 3M double-sided tape is strong enough to attach the OOOptic lenses and eyewear together for up to without dropping.

Additionally, we will provide extra 3M double-sided tapes and magnets along with your OOOptic lenses for you to change the tape when you wish to.

Is the 3M Double-Sided Tape removable from lenses/eyewear for cleaning purposes?

You may peel the tape off and use eyeglass cleaners containing alcohol or nail polish removers to clean the residue.

Will attaching OOOptic magnetic lenses damaged eyewear/sport goggles?

We have ensured that the mounting and dismounting of the OOOptic lenses will not cause any damage to your eyewear.

How Do I Care For My OOOptic Lenses?

  1. Rinse your lenses under warm water before wiping or cleaning them.
  2. Use only microfiber materials to clean your lenses.
  3. Make sure to rinse the lenses under tap water if water or sweat has come into contact with them.
  4. Store your glasses properly in microfiber cases when you are not using them. Keep your lenses in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  5. The area on the lenses for attaching the magnets have to be cleaned properly before use for anti-fog lenses

Being Environmentally Friendly Is Important To Me, Are The OOOptic Lenses Eco-Friendly?

In a drive to be sustainable, our OOOptic lenses are made from. The lenses come in a casing made from PET that is entirely recyclable.

Do I Get Anything Else Along With The OOOptic Lenses?

  1. Each pair of OOOptic lenses comes with:
    a. Portable case
    b. A pair of magnetic Lens
    c. 10 pairs magnets
    d. 1 pieces microfiber wipe cloth
    e. 6 Reusable Adhesive Silicone
    f. 1 pair Lenses Positioning Sheet
    g. 1 piece Handy Metal
  2. The OOOptic lenses come in a 6.8mm width lightweight casing made from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET).

What is the difference between blue cut lenses & green cut lenses?

Blue Cut Lenses from OOOptic provide comprehensive eye protection against blue light and UV radiation (UV420). On the other hand, Green Cut Lenses, do not include blue light protection.

Second difference is that the upgraded magnet in OOOptic Blue Cut Lenses has undergone rigorous testing for strength, ensuring its durability. The magnet itself is hand-crafted and curved to ensure a perfect fit for all eyewear, including -8 based & 9 Based curved glasses. Green Cut Lenses are just regular magnetic lenses.OOOptic Blue Cut Lens also able to attach to the newest OOOptic glasses frame from “OOOptic Multifunction Eyewear Set”.

Are OOOptic magnetic lenses water-resistant or waterproof?

OOOptic lenses are designed to withstand normal exposure to moisture, such as light rain or sweat.

When Will I Receive My Order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link ( upon request and additional shipping charges may applies).

Shipping time will vary depending on your location. Please wait patiently for about 14-25 business days for your delivery to arrive.

We seek your understanding in cases where delivery is delayed due to high volume of orders or postal service problems!

Returns And Refund

How Do I Return, Refund Or Exchange My Order?

If you’re seeking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to assist you! We provide full refunds* and free exchanges for orders within 60 days of purchase. Your order may be returned for a different product or a refund. You may opt for a refund via the original payment method or store credits.

Discounted items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Your orders must be returned undamaged with the original packaging and tags intact. It’s cool if the items don’t have any visible sign of wear or use.

Log in to the return page using your account username and password

Select the items you wish to exchange or return from your order

Choose:
a. The product you would like to exchange for OR
b. To get a refund via store credits or the original payment method*

Print the shipping label sent to your email

Send the items back to us using the shipping label provided

Once we receive your item we’ll ship out your exchange order or refund the balance to you!

*refund via the original payment method is exclusive of shipping costs, admin fees and transaction fees

How Long Will I Have To Wait For My Refund, Exchange Or Store Credit?

After we have received and inspected your return order, you will receive a return confirmation email. You will also be notified about the approval status of your order. Approved refunds will take 7 days for processing before the credit is applied to the original payment method or store credits. Please be patient with us! If you have not received the refund to your bank account, double check your bank account before contacting your bank.
