How Do I Return, Refund Or Exchange My Order?

If you’re seeking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to assist you! We provide full refunds* and free exchanges for orders within 60 days of purchase. Your order may be returned for a different product or a refund. You may opt for a refund via the original payment method or store credits.
Discounted items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Your orders must be returned undamaged with the original packaging and tags intact. It’s cool if the items don’t have any visible sign of wear or use.

  1. Log in to the return page using your account username and password
  2. Select the items you wish to exchange or return from your order
  3. Choose:
    a. The product you would like to exchange for OR
    b. To get a refund via store credits or the original payment method*
  4. Print the shipping label sent to your email
  5. Send the items back to us using the shipping label provided
  6. Once we receive your item we’ll ship out your exchange order or refund the balance to you!

*refund via the original payment method is exclusive of shipping costs, admin fees and transaction fees

How Long Will I Have To Wait For My Refund, Exchange Or Store Credit?

After we have received and inspected your return order, you will receive a return confirmation email. You will also be notified about the approval status of your order. Approved refunds will take 7 days for processing before the credit is applied to the original payment method or store credits. Please be patient with us! If you have not received the refund to your bank account, double check your bank account before contacting your bank.
